Promoter
This prize draw is organised and run by Hook & Flanker Ltd, registered in England & Wales.

The Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a Range Rover L322 owned by Hook & Flanker.

  • The vehicle is provided as-is at the time of handover. No cash alternative will be offered.

  • The prize is non-transferable.

Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents only.

  • Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

  • Employees of Hook & Flanker Ltd, their families, or anyone connected with the promotion are excluded.

How to Enter
There are multiple ways to enter:

  • 5 entries for every purchase made on our website.

  • 1 entry for following Hook & Flanker on TikTok.

  • 1 entry for following Hook & Flanker on Instagram.

  • 1 entry for tagging a friend in the giveaway video.

Free Entry Route (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without making a purchase or taking any social media actions, send your full name and contact details by email to customersupport@hookandflanker.com with the subject line “Range Rover Giveaway Free Entry”. Each valid free entry will be counted as one entry into the draw.

Conditions & Closing Date

  • The giveaway will only take place if Hook & Flanker reaches 10,000 total orders between 1 January 2025 and 31 December 2025 inclusive.

  • If 10,000 orders are not achieved within this timeframe, the giveaway will be cancelled and no prize will be awarded. No compensation or alternative prize will be offered.

  • The draw will take place within 14 days of reaching 10,000 orders.

  • Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

Winner Selection

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.

  • The winner will be contacted directly via the details provided and announced on Hook & Flanker’s social media channels.

  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, a new winner will be selected.

Prize Delivery

  • The prize vehicle must be collected from Cullompton, Devon within 30 days of notification, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Proof of a valid UK driving licence and insurance must be provided before handover.

Data Protection

  • By entering, you agree that we may use your details to administer this promotion.

  • Your details will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

General

  • We reserve the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the giveaway if necessary.

  • Our decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
