After the Xmas mix up, the fleece arrived. True to size, very good quality fleece. Washes well. Delighted with purchase

Chaotic delivery system

Although my original order eventually arrived (too late for my grandson's birthday), I then received a second fleece which I did not order. This second fleece was not sent to my grandson but to me! Since then, I have waited for a returns label as I do not intend to pay for this second fleece. What a shame that a good product is spoilt by chaotic delivery and muddle.

No emails answered - long time to wait for delivery but OK product.

Really a shame that no one could be bothered to answer our emails or PM on social pages . Item took over 3 weeks to be delivered , just got automated emails which didn’t make sense , however when the product did turn up it was good , so maybe a bit more customer care in future?
